Stunning landscape designs are never the work of one person — they’re the result of a team working together with skill, creativity, and care. At Milosi, each team member contributes their unique expertise, working together to transform client visions into outdoor spaces that thrive all year long.

How does your role connect with the others?
I’m usually one of the first people clients meet. My job is to listen, dream with them, and turn their ideas into a clear design plan that is both beautiful and buildable. From there, I work hand-in-hand with our designers, horticulturists, and project managers, making sure everyone has what they need to succeed. I set the stage so each role can shine, leaning into our core values and keeping our purpose front and center: “Let’s grow beautiful together.”
What’s one thing that makes your role essential?
I believe my role is the spark. Without a thoughtful design and clear plan, the rest of the process cannot flourish. My goal is to create that roadmap, give the team confidence, and ensure every project starts with the right vision to grow into something lasting.

How does your role connect with the others?
As a sales consultant and landscape designer, I am fortunate to be involved from the very beginning of a project through its final implementation. I collaborate with horticulturists to create tailored plant schedules, and I work closely with project managers and foremen to ensure every detail runs smoothly and aligns with the client’s vision. Landscaping is truly a team effort, uniting visionaries with creativity, precision, and grit.
What’s one thing that makes your role essential?
My role is essential because I serve as a bridge between the client’s dreams and their finished landscape. I meet with clients to understand their goals, capture their vision, and translate it into a design that is brought to life by the Milosi team.

How does your role connect with the others?
As a supervisor, I work closely with designers, project managers, and sales. I respect the skills of others and let them do their jobs well. My main role is to keep communication clear. I share updates, listen to changes, and make sure everyone knows what is happening. This way, the whole team stays on the same page and works toward the same goal.
What’s one thing that makes your role essential?
I bring both knowledge of the job and the ability to share ideas that improve outcomes. I also act as the main point for passing on important messages, making sure information is clear and nothing gets missed.

How does your role connect with the others?
I am lucky in my role because I get to collaborate with our entire team from sales, operations, and finance. I am a big people person, so this is a great way for me to use that skill. Usually, I support our team throughout our processes, with heavier involvement toward the end to make sure our clients are happy with our work.
What’s one thing that makes your role essential?
I act as a big support role for our team. I often see where there are gaps I can fill or help us get to the root cause of some of the day-to-day issues that we experience. I am very passionate about the landscaping industry and try to bring some of that energy to our team.
